This project involves the demolition of an existing building and garages with the construction of a new residential flat building at No. 10 Sutherland Crescent, Darling Point, also known as No. 20 Etham Avenue, Darling Point. Designed by Woods Bagot, the proposal will include the construction of a luxury boutique three storey residential flat building including new swimming pool, landscaping and basement car parking.
The building will provide a single vehicular entry point to the site from Sutherland Crescent, and secure pedestrian access from both Sutherland Crescent and Etham Avenue. Lift access is provided to all levels, in addition to stairs.
