Every project Impero is engaged to complete has a full project team assigned to it. This project team consists of a Project Manager, Contract Admin, Foreman, Leading Hand and Labourer. Sitting alongside these teams are the support of the Finance Department, Business Development, Estimating Team, as well as our Legal and Safety contractors. The company wouldn’t exist without the strength and expertise of Impero’s three Directors with the support and consultation of the Advisory Board.
Anthony has over 19 years experience as a construction manager and qualified builder. Over the years he has managed many multi-disciplinary teams over a wide range of large and small construction projects. Anthony’s strength and passion lies in embracing an innovative approach to each project and ensuring best practice is maintained from start to finish.
Jonathon has over 20 years experience in the construction industry locally and in the UK. His experience has granted him a reputation for delivering exceptional results in residential and commercial sites. Jonathan’s specialty remains in building and maintaining client relationships, business development as well as providing high-level counsel on project delivery.
Kristan has been in the construction industry for almost 22 years and is well known for his outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional results on all sites under his supervision. He has been at Impero since day one and is an integral part of the on site delivery team. Kristan’s main strengths are in his on site operational management and his knowledge of all aspects of the construction process.
